Fit

Who is CX being built for?

CX is being built for Minnesota small businesses that want clearer security priorities and defined help with next steps. Fit depends on the systems, business need, authorized scope and actual delivery availability. Compare the planned reviews ↗

Will a review replace our IT provider?

It does not have to. The planned work can run alongside an existing IT provider. We agree who supplies evidence, validates findings, approves decisions and owns any implementation work. Read about working with your provider ↗

Scope

What does the planned assessment include?

A defined evidence review, documented findings, a prioritized action plan and an owner readout. The systems, sample, evidence window, exclusions and acceptance criteria must be agreed in the written scope. Explore the assessment scope ↗

Is an assessment a penetration test?

No. CX’s planned starting assessment does not include penetration testing or intrusive scanning by default. Active testing requires appropriate specialist capability, separate authorization and specific rules of engagement. Understand the distinction ↗

Deliverables

What would the findings look like?

The intended format identifies the observed evidence, what remains unknown, the business decision and a suggested next action with an owner. Our public example is clearly illustrative and contains no client data. View the illustrative readout ↗

Are changes or remediation included automatically?

No. An assessment does not automatically authorize production changes. Implementation work is separately scoped, approved, tested and handed over, with the relevant technical and business owners involved. Compare scope boundaries ↗

Commercial

How much does a review cost?

CX does not publish a universal price. The fee depends on the actual systems, evidence, interviews, specialist needs and deliverables. A proposal follows technical scope and delivery-capacity validation. See what affects scope and cost ↗

How quickly can work start?

CX is preparing for launch and does not promise a start date or fixed turnaround through this website. Dates and any response obligations are agreed after scope, onboarding and actual availability are confirmed. Discuss fit and availability ↗

Founders

Are both founders Navy veterans?

Yes. Xavier Martine and Chase Jenkins both served in the United States Navy. Xavier leads business operations and Chase leads technical service design and delivery planning. Read the founder story ↗

Does veteran owned mean government certified?

No certification or government endorsement is claimed. Navy veteran owned describes the founders’ service backgrounds and planned ownership. CX does not claim SBA VetCert, VOSB or SDVOSB certification. Read the ownership description ↗

Contact

What should I include in the first email?

Share your business name and type, approximate team size, general IT arrangement and the question you want to work through. Do not include passwords, client documents or security evidence. Choose an enquiry email ↗

Does CX provide 24/7 emergency incident response?

No 24/7 CX response service is offered through this website. During a suspected incident, use your existing response provider or insurer’s reporting instructions. The public enquiry mailbox is not an emergency channel. Plan your incident contacts ↗

Location

Where is CX focused geographically?

CX is Minnesota based, with an initial market focus on White Bear Lake, the northeast metro and the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. Service-area references are not claims of offices or customers in each community. Explore the service-area focus ↗

Can a review be remote or on site?

The initial discussion can be remote. Meeting format, any on-site work and travel are confirmed in the engagement scope. No walk-in service, local response-time guarantee or automatic on-site availability is promised. Read the local approach ↗
