A clear plan for your business.

CX is being built by two U.S. Navy veterans with a shared focus on ownership, preparation and follow-through. White Bear Lake is our planned business base and a starting point for our northeast metro market.

Security decisions close to the business.

A small business owner should be able to understand what was reviewed, why a finding matters and who owns the next step. That is the working standard behind CX’s planned assessment service.

For White Bear Lake and nearby businesses, we begin with the systems that support everyday work: business email, access to shared documents, agreed device evidence and recovery arrangements. Your current IT provider can stay involved in the review and the decisions that follow.

A practical first engagement

We agree the assets and evidence, document observations and unknowns, and prepare an owner action plan. Any implementation or recovery testing is scoped separately. This gives you a defined decision point before committing to broader work.

Bring the right people into the room

The business owner sets priorities. The IT provider explains the environment. CX documents the agreed review and the next decisions. Clear responsibilities help prevent an important finding from becoming an unassigned task.

  • Local focus, accurate expectationsNo walk-in service or local response-time guarantee. Appointment format and travel are agreed in advance.
  • Founder accountabilityXavier leads business operations; Chase leads technical service design and delivery planning.
  • Two Navy veteransBoth founders served in the U.S. Navy. Their service is part of the company’s story, not a government endorsement.
  • A defined next stepUse the owner checklist or enquire about an assessment scope.

Start with a short introduction.

Share your business type, team size, general IT arrangement and main concern. We can discuss whether the planned assessment is a fit and what needs to be in the scope. Keep passwords, private records and technical evidence out of the first email.

CX is preparing for launch. Client work requires finalized onboarding, agreed availability and a written engagement. For a live security incident, contact your existing incident response provider or insurer’s reporting channel.
