Navy veteran owned

Two Navy veterans.
One clear standard.

Preparation. Ownership. Follow-through. Xavier Martine and Chase Jenkins are building CX around a practical commitment: help a business owner understand the risk and the next step.

Minnesota based · Preparing for launch · Scope agreed before work begins

Service is part of our story. Accountability is the work.

Both CX founders served in the United States Navy. That shared background is part of why ownership and preparation matter to the company they are building. We express those values through a defined scope, named responsibilities and clear communication.

Military service does not replace technical evidence. A useful security engagement still needs an agreed work program, authorized access, documented findings and an honest account of what remains unknown.

Xavier Martine / Business leadership

A Navy veteran and founder of Martine Law, Xavier leads CX’s business operations, commercial strategy and client experience. His focus is on accountable systems and decisions an owner can understand.

Chase Jenkins / Technical leadership

A Navy veteran with experience in security triage, systems administration, backup and recovery, Chase leads technical service design, assessment planning and client education.
