Know where you stand.
Know what comes next.
A security assessment should leave you with decisions you can make. CX is developing a focused review that connects your business accounts, devices and recovery arrangements to a prioritized action plan.
Minnesota based · Preparing for launch · Scope agreed before work begins
An assessment with a useful finish line.
Perhaps a customer sent a security questionnaire. Perhaps you are renewing insurance, adding remote staff or wondering whether your current setup is enough. Start by defining the decision you need to make and the systems that matter to it.
The planned CX assessment reviews agreed evidence with your authorized business and technology contacts. We document what is observed, what is missing and where follow-up is needed. Your existing IT provider can remain involved throughout.
Who this fits
An owner who wants a manageable starting point, a business with an identified IT provider, and a team prepared to share authorized evidence through an agreed secure process. Active incidents and specialist compliance audits need a different scope.
Before a proposal
We agree the tenant or systems, asset sample, evidence window, people involved and exclusions. The proposal then defines the fee, timing, readout and acceptance criteria. A review does not silently become an implementation project.
- 01 / Agreed scopeSystems, evidence, exclusions and decision makers documented before access.
- 02 / Findings registerObserved condition, business impact, evidence reference and unresolved questions.
- 03 / Prioritized action planSuggested next step, responsible owner, dependencies and an agreed order of work.
- 04 / Owner readoutA plain-language discussion of the findings and the decisions that follow.
A clear boundary makes the work better.
Potential review areas
- Business account access and administrator ownership.
- Agreed device and update evidence.
- Backup scope, restore evidence and recovery responsibility.
- Existing policies, provider responsibilities and escalation contacts.
Separately scoped work
Penetration testing, intrusive scanning, remediation, emergency response and compliance certification are not included in this planned assessment. Production changes require separate authorization and a test and rollback plan.
Pricing and turnaround depend on the agreed scope and delivery capacity. No fixed delivery promise is made on this page.

A finding should lead
to a decision.
A long report is only useful when the business can act on it. The planned CX findings format links an observation to the evidence, the uncertainty and a next action.
