Protect what you built.
Keep moving forward.

CX Business Cyber Care is our planned service for small businesses that want clearer security priorities and someone accountable for the next step. Start with a defined review. Agree the improvements. Keep checking the essentials.

Preparing for launch. Scope, pricing, availability and responsibilities are agreed in writing before work begins.

One clear path

Understand. Improve. Maintain.

You should know what protects your business accounts, whether your computers are supported, and what evidence shows your important data can be recovered. We bring those questions into one practical plan with your existing IT provider.

01 / Security baseline

Know where you stand.

Review the agreed accounts, devices, access controls, update status and recovery evidence. Receive documented findings, priorities, unknowns and named next steps.

02 / Agreed improvements

Make the next changes count.

Choose the fixes that fit your business. MFA, administrator access and device settings are examples. Each project defines authorization, testing, a change window and handover before implementation.

Remediation is separately scoped and quoted after the baseline.

03 / Ongoing Cyber Care

Keep the plan working.

A separately agreed recurring service would provide scheduled security checks, follow-up on exceptions and a monthly owner report. Tools, check frequency, support hours and escalation responsibilities must be defined in the agreement.

Recurring service is being developed; availability is confirmed before sale.

What ongoing care would cover

Visible work.
Clear ownership.

  • Business accounts: review MFA coverage, privileged access and agreed employee departure checks.
  • Computers: review protection status, missing updates and unsupported systems within the covered inventory.
  • Recovery: review backup exceptions and coordinate agreed restore-test evidence with the responsible provider.
  • Security exceptions: review alerts from agreed tools during contracted coverage hours and coordinate the next step with a named owner.
  • Monthly readout: show what was checked, what needs attention, what was resolved and which decisions remain with the business.

Automated tools can support the process. Human review, clear responsibilities and documented follow-through still matter.

A report you can use

No mystery about
what happens next.

Your planned monthly readout would identify the covered systems, review period, evidence available, unresolved exceptions and next actions. Each action should have an owner and an agreed priority.

For example: “Two covered accounts lack MFA. Business owner to confirm access needs; IT provider to implement the approved change.” This is an illustrative example, not a client result.

Pricing and first steps

A clear quote before a commitment.

Begin with a free introductory conversation about your business, team size, systems and existing IT support. That conversation does not include technical scanning or system access.

The baseline review has its own fixed written scope and fee. Improvement projects are quoted separately. Any recurring service specifies its monthly fee, covered systems, included work, tool and license costs, support hours, response targets, cancellation terms and exclusions.

Final package pricing is being developed. We confirm delivery capacity and onboarding before accepting an engagement.

Questions owners ask

Is this antivirus software?

Cyber Care is a planned service combining scoped review, agreed improvements and ongoing oversight. Software may support the work, but a tool alone is not the complete service. Tool selection and licensing are identified in the proposal.

Can you take over all our technology?

Our proposed initial service focuses on defined security responsibilities alongside your IT provider. Full technology management, general help desk support and specialist systems are not automatically included.

Can you serve a dental practice?

A dental practice needs a fit review covering its specialist applications, equipment, existing providers and sensitive information. We confirm appropriate expertise, access arrangements and service scope before proposing work.

Can I buy ongoing care immediately?

Recurring Cyber Care is being developed. Contact us to discuss fit; service starts only after availability, onboarding and a written agreement are confirmed.
